I am doing an engineering management project where I chose as a problem the excessive workload in my company. I have the following methodology, but I must mention objectives that can be achieved in two months. Could you help me with objectives that go according to this methodology and can be achieved in a short time? I wrote some objectives and I was told that they could not be verified in a short time, so I should mention other more viable objectives.

Methodology:

$1)$Collect data through surveys, interviews and evaluations to know the workload distribution, employee opinion and productivity.

$2.$ Conduct a root cause analysis: Use tools such as Ishikawa diagram or $5$ Whys to discover the root cause of excessive workload.

$3.$ Stakeholder involvement: Involve employees, managers and stakeholders in decision making to gain support for proposed solutions.

$4.$ Resource allocation: Use resource management approaches to optimize the allocation of workers based on skills and project needs.

$5.$ Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to optimize workflows, reduce waste and increase efficiency.

$6.$ Training and development: Provide training sessions to equip staff with the skills needed to successfully manage workloads.
