$***$ Show the names of authors who have co$-$authored a book, along with the name of each co$-$author. The report may contain two rows for two authors, e$.$g$.$ Smith co$-$authored book $"$XYZ$"$ with Jones, and Jones co$-$authored book $"$XYZ$"$ with Smith. Do NOT include single$-$authored books.

Some books may be written by more than two authors! Which means the report may have a row for each pair.

Example: "Sea and fog" was written by $3$ co$-$authors: Jay, Moore, and Lane.

The report may look like this:
