I am trying to create a web page for daily discussion that has topic based on regions and a user can vote based on that topic content then the topic or post will be placed in the (hot topic in ascending order based of how many votes on the post).

HOW I CAN IMPLEMENT A PHP CODE FOR (Upvote/Downvote and keep track of all votes in a database and retrieve them properly ).
