Please make a python code for detecting the cell in the image.

$1.$The result should be like $,$ I can see the boundary shape$/$spline around the cell, along with the size$/$area of the cell. Exact shape will not be possible but a spline around the cell would work. Every cell i want to detect, the large ones are must. $[$The code should work for all type of cell images$]$

$2.$Do not use machine learning because it does not need high end machine learning code. Just regular python code which can bring out something near.

$3.$Save the figure as well and also the area of the cells in the excel.

$4.$In the figure it should say which size$/$area dimension belong to which cell.$[$the picture can be any brain tumor cell picture where multiple tumor is in the image$]$

$4.$Do not use chatgpt. I already know what chatgpt is gonna do$.$So not expecting the same result.
