I do believe this is an "IF" statement formula that is needed, just a bit confused on how to execute it. Looking for some help.

The second page is the benefits code. That the prior VLookup formula was created from for E5:G5, but not sure if it is needed!

Here is the question:

"Insert a function in cell H5 to calculate Total Employee Cost for the first customer. If the customer needs daycare, the total cost should include that column amount. If the customer does not need daycare the total cost should not include that column amount."
