I have a JLabel in my GUI for java and the label is called lblFirstlabelsimon .How could I set the label to a timer and highlights the background it for a 2 seconds with a certain color. I was told by my teacher there is a way i can do this. What would be the code for a label called lblFirstlabelsimon? that is set up to a 2 second timer and will highlight the background color during that 2 seconds a certain color.
