To all,
I would like to thank everybody for their hard work and dedication to his company. Webcor Builders is growing and it is an exciting time in the company's history. I'm honored and delighted to be part of such a great company and to be able to work with great people such as all of you.
As we are growing and the security and privacy of our customers and employees remains my #1 concern, we are expanding our monitoring system to include personal blogs. This enhancement will help us to continue to provide and preserve our strong security. I certainly understand that this might be a concern to some of you, but this move is necessary to protect the company's intellectual property and value of the company. It will also allow us to prevent any accidental exposure of company's secret that could harm the company or you personally.
We are not the only company that has those systems in place. 60% of all U.S. companies are using such monitoring systems successfully. This move is just another step in the company's evolution.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me, your supervisor, or HR at any time. You can also find additional information about the policy in the employee handbook.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everybody for their hard work and dedication and hope this does not provide any inconveniences.
Sincerely,
Lukas Gorny
