XYZ is the electronic selling company and is seeking prices for a purpose$-$built facility in accordance with the tender documents, and the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in this Request for Tender $($RFT$).$ The RFT provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Proposals including fee proposals and general conditions prices.
