• Sequential vs. Synchronic
• Internal vs. External

For each of the main sections, include:

• A brief description of the dimension.
• What knowledge, skills, or abilities you, personally, would need to develop to operate successfully in a country most different from your own orientation.
  • This is the most critical component as your reflection here will indicate to me that you understand these cultural dimensions more fully and know how to apply them to your own circumstances.
  • For example, if your score indicates that you are more "universalistic" in your orientation, what would you need know or do to be successful in a "particularistic" culture?
  • Consider: What new thinking would you need to develop? What new skills might you need to learn? How would you need to operate differently in that setting? How would this new cultural setting challenge you?
