I'm stuck on how to create a bar here are the instructions: The menu bar has black background, and contains the site name (i.e. MyTechNews) and four menu items (i.e. HOME, ARTICLES, FORUMS, and LOGIN).
The site name is in white color, and uses a larger font size than the menu items (you may decide what tags and/or font sizes to use).
Three menu items are in green, and the last one (i.e. LOGIN) is in orange.
You do NOT need to add hyperlinks to the menu items.
