I need a program with C# on Visual Studio, Windows Form Application, which has two mode, transmitter mode and receiver mode (TX and RX). Program should use serial channel**. It should transfer data (string) to specified comport with specified baud rate (channel to another channel transfers, write and read). User can either choose transmitter mode or receiver mode. When pressed start button, execution should start. Write the code in OOP way. PLEASE use the form design above.
