Interpersonal communication is the exchange of information, ideas and feelings between two or more people through verbal and non-verbal communication. Interpersonal communication can be a smile in passing, or a wave showing that they are happy to see each other as well as a casual hello up to a full conversation. This is something that everyone does even if they do not realize or mean to.
In order to have proper communication both people have to contribute equally. This can be difficult if there is a language barrier and if one or both of the persons involved are getting frustrated. Another barrier is someone who does not know how to express their ideas or feeling sand someone that does not know how to listen. When someone cannot listen they do not allow for the other person to communicate and contribute their ideas and expertise. This can be because someone is frustrated or because they feel like their ideas are the best.
Organizational communication is more structured like in a lecture or a business meeting. This communication is that of a boss and employee or between businesses for orders and emails. Effective communication is more relaxed like peers talking at work and casually passing each other in the hall. While both ways are different, they still are respectful ways to communicate and are both effective for difference censorious.
