I need a substantive comment on this post:

Motivational theory is very important for the management team to acknowledge because it can allow for more satisfied and productive employees. Motivation is made up of the forces within an individual that accounts for the level and persistence of an effort expended on a task (Uhl-Bien et al., 2021). I am unsure if celebrating diverse groups and recognizing individual differences are contrary. I think people want to have it all and sometimes that isnt an easy feat to accomplish. Many cultures are not as individualistic and America where America has no culture and is completely individualistic therefore creating contrary ideas. One motivational theory would be Maslows hierarchy which is really important because it states that you need to complete one stage before you can move on to the next. This is really difficult to accomplish as a manager because a lot of these are individual and can be out of the managers control especially towards the bottom. Another one is the reinforce motivation process which one that I absolutely believe in because I actually do well with rewards and if I get a reward it can reinforce what I am currently doing of course the opposite can also be done for me.
