The subsequent assignments are based on this group project which aims to design and develop a new house (kitchen or garage) product/prototype. Alternatively, the team may use an existing product in the market and enhance its features and functionalities instead of building a new one. The client/sponsor will use the final working prototype for mass manufacturing. Essentially, the team is not responsible for mass manufacturing, marketing, or sales but only for building the final prototype.

The best way to complete the project scope is to use the project charters data as a starting point. The team may copy the content/data from the project charter and paste them into the project scope document in the appropriate sections. Remember, the project charter is a high-level document, not the project scope. Therefore, the team needs to provide more detailed information for each section in the document.
