I need help creating an IT plan for either a law firm of medical practice. I have attached the guidelines as well as the provided example of the drawing/memo. any help will be greatly appreciated

The Law Firm will have 3 Attorneys, 3 Paralegals, an Office Manager, and a Receptionist. The Medical Practice will have 3 Physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, 2 Medical Technicians, an Office Manager, and a Receptionist. Wireless will be encrypted using WPA2 PEAP In addition, I would like to recommend specific computer equipment and supplies procedure. I have included a 24 port power over Ethernet (POE) router/switch to connect to our ISP fiber connection and to connect all computers, VoIP phones, wireless router, access points, and printer/fax scan machine. A wireless router, and three wireless access points are also included in the design. Our goal will be to service all equipment in-house when needed to include updates and software maintenance Maintenance will be done weekly after hours on Tuesdays. We will use cloud based services for e-mail storage, file sharing, data collection, and backups. All systems will be protected with Bitdefender anti-virus and the built in firewall that comes with Microsoft Windows 10
