The Background : La Pizza is a pizzeria in Ontario where they sell a number of traditional pizza's to the small population of 8,000 people. The owner has been told from people all over Ontario that 'its the best pizza they have ever had'. Given this fact, the restaurant and take out services are always busy as families love to go there for 'family night' or 'date night'. For over 15 years, La Pizza has not put any budget into marketing strategy. They have had no direct pizza competition and sources his ingredients locally from various farmers and flour mills in the Ottawa Valley.
