Recommendation for use: Talent assessment could be used for candidates who are applying to specific jobs that needs specialty skills. In my experience, we have used talent assessment for jobs with specific skills that is needed to succeed at their jobs. We have used talent assessment for engineering positions to make sure that they could do the job. Drug Testing Purpose: It occurs after an employer extends a conditional job offer to make sure that it follows the company's drug free workplace policy. Effectiveness in the selection process: You will find out if someone is not fit for the job. Specially if drugs are detrimental to the industry you are joining
