I need help selecting a specific organization that has a quality management related problem(s) in the firm. Examples may be poor quality levels, the high cost of quality, poor product or service design, high levels of internal or external failures, and so on. It needs to be a company that is well known and has public information about quality issues.

You will take on the role as a quality management consultant company, and the executives of your chosen organization have asked you to submit a recommended direction to implement a quality management initiative to address the quality management related problem(s) identified above (e.g., Six Sigma, lean principles, TQM, SPC, balanced scorecard, etc.). I don't need the whole paper written, if you can just provide a one page summary to help me start it off and a resource so I can also research it futher. I would really appreciate it.
