Description

Further enhance the human resource management program for Continental University.

There are two types of employees: faculty and adjunct. The program also records the highest academic degree and tenure status (with/without) for a faculty member and the contract ending date for an adjunct employee.

Add read-only, derived attributes for retirement contribution rate, retirement, taxable income (salary retirement TSA), tax withheld, and net pay of an employee. The retirement contribution rate is 4.5% for faculty and 0% for adjunct.

The program must use exception handling to maintain data integrity and must never crash. Name must consist of letters only. Salary must be a non-negative number. TSA must be between $0 and $1500. State must be one of the 50 states of the US. Zip code must be a five-digit number. Phone numbers must contain ten digits.
