Training Needs Analysis: Conduct a project within an operating organization in order to identify training needs, develop a specific training program and recommend appropriate evaluation techniques. This final report will be presented to the course professor as the management of the organization .

Students must conduct a Training Needs Analysis. Students will find relevant information at the library from newspapers, news magazines and other archival sources and specifics in Chapter 3. This assignment must have a scholarly tone (e.g. using appropriate grammar and college-level vocabulary, no contractions or first-person).

This presentation must be 10 slides in Power Point, clearly describing the issue, all the relevant data and statistics, any relevant research (Cite sources in APA format), and current practices and policies.
