For this project you will create a console application which performs a calculation based on a customers order. The user (cashier) will use your application to calculate the total cost of a customers meal. The menu for this project is as follows:

Menu Item	Price
Fruit Salad	$9.95
Pasta Salad	$12.00
Smoothie	$4.95
Fruit Juice	$3.95
Cupcake	$3.00
Shortcake	$6.00

Requirements:

1. Display the list of items on the menu with their respective prices
2. The application should be able to take the customers order
3. The application should then calculate and display the total cost of the order

Instructions:

1. Use the following data types:
   1. Use a string data type
      1. Store each items name
   2. Use the integer data type
      1. Store the number of items ordered
   3. Use double data type
      1. Store the item price
      2. Store the subtotal, tax, and total cost of the order
   4. Use const for variables that do not change (name, price, and tax rate)
2. Cost calculation
   1. Use a 9.5% tax rate
   2. Calculate the subtotal (pre-tax), tax, and total cost (with tax)
3. Use currency formatting for the prices, subtotal, tax, and total cost
   1. Convert.ToInt32 allows you to convert a string to an integer
4. Use comments to organize your code
