I need substantive comment on this post:

In order to have an effective company/business, human resources must be be able to create a workforce that shows great quality in their work and their work related abilities. To ensure that a company has this on hand, human resources will need to be very vigilant and careful in the hiring process when it comes to selecting future employees for their team. After this is done, the human resources will need to be able to provide adequate resources to their employees for good continuous and specialized training that will allow each employee not only continue to grow in their career, but also be able to grow in the company that they work for as well. If this cannot be provided then not only will employees not be able to reach their highest career potential, but it could also make employees feel like they cannot exceed in their career which may cause them to find employment where they can outside of their current employer (Uhl-Bien, Piccolo, Schermerhorn & Bachrach, 2021).
