I need the solution from people who experienced the same problem before only. If you dont know the solution kindly keep it for someone who knows, answers not related to the question will be disliked immediately.

When I connect my laptop to a PC screen via VGA screen cable, my whole desktop appears like it has a shadow behind or that something wrong with the frequency I do not know how to describe this issue so I hope you can see the shadow behind the icons in the photos attached. This shadow is really annoying and causing eyes to suffer.

please note that this shadow is not visible in the laptop screen, it only appears on the secondary connected screen.

Anyone knows the solution to this? Please!
