Response: To be an effective leader, I need communication skills like active listening and conscious body language, but it's much more important for me to hold myself accountable for my actions. We discussed the new policy in detail and provided a timeline for when it will go into effect. This was my approach. My employees had expressed worries about the new clothing code being too restrictive, so I addressed their concerns.
