As you've learned from your most current training, the first step in implementation is to create the structure of the database; the metadata. This must be created before you can actually populate the tables with the company's data. For this exercise, you will code the metadata (table spaces) necessary for each of the 7 entities above. Remember, from your training, that there are SQL coding rules that will be adopted as the protocol for this course. You will type your code in Notepad so that it can be easily copied to SQL Server at a later date. All 7 coded scripts, including comments to identify your tables, will be included in one notepad file which you will submit to satisfy the requirements of this exercise. Based on your training, list each table script in the correct order for successful implementation (which table should be implemented first, then second, and so on). Be sure to have the DBMS take care of entity and referential integrity for each table. Also resolve any issues with attributes that were not resolved during the design phase
