Question: I scored a 1 6 on learning orientation, 1 1 on performance - prove orientation, and 9 on performance - avoid orientation. I am happy

I scored a 16 on learning orientation, 11 on performance-prove orientation, and 9 on performance-avoid orientation. I am happy with the results and agree with them. While I enjoy learning new things in the workplace and performing them well, sometimes knowing too much at once can be overbearing and mentally tasking. It depends on what is being learned and my mental capacity during it for me to find it enjoyable and worthwhile. However, developing expertise is essential for me to want to learn new things. If I learn something new, I can utilize it and share my experiences with others. It's a form of positive reinforcement for me; by performing my job tasks, I can sometimes get gratis from my company, which are just small items chosen by someone from upper management. The items I receive from gratis are valuable items I like to use; I've been given travel sizes of YSL and Dior cologne and some full-size skincare products.
I look forward to receiving gratis whenever my accomplishments are acknowledged. Thankfully, with my current job, I trained with them for two weeks before being a manager on my own; I would say I learned most of the job roles and duties during training, and it was very valuable, an example of transfer of training. With the training and knowledge I gained, I could quickly transfer knowledge among my associates, which helped identify who had knowledge gaps.
