I thought the HW help was one time pay per month. Apparently, there was a auto renewal button somewhere hidden. I was charged for 3 months up til now, BUt I only wanted to use it for October. How cool is that? Oh, Chegg helped me to have a minus balance this month. Thanks a lot. Anyway, the question is, How can I get refund for December-January payment? Also, what can we do to make that hidden autorenewal button showing? Any ideas
