Perform the following tasks:

1.5. Calculate the absolute value of the difference between the cumulative deficit versus the cumulative surplus (10)
1.6. Determine the statistical performance criteria of the water resources system related to the drought threshold. (15)
1.7. Briefly assess the water resources system based on the results of the tasks you have performed. (5)
