2. Organisation timelines for the four stages or Performance Development Process (planning, coaching, reviewing, and rewarding)
3. Update the Staff Management Policies and Procedures to cover coaching
4. Update the Staff Management Policies and Procedures to covering rewarding staff
5. Update the Staff Management Policies and Procedures to cover rewarding staff
6. Update the Staff Management Policies and Procedures to cover internal staff grievances within the performance development process.
7. Update the Staff Management Policies and Procedures to cover contract staff.
