I would make to the task force is to make sure all employees are equally able to be educated and offered higher positions within the corporation. As stated by Borkowski and Meese, white men are in most higher up positions (pg.31). If education was offered to every employee, women and minorities could receive the education needed to move up the positional ladder and into a higher position. This would be a good way to increase workforce diversity
