Be sure to include the contact information, including email addresses, of the stakeholders involved in this team project within the leadership innovation proposal.

Leadership Innovation Proposal:

Based on the identified challenge, student teams will create a brief leadership innovation proposal. This should include a description of the challenge, innovative strategies, and a plan for stakeholder implementation.

Implementation of Innovative Solutions:

Student teams will recommend an implementation plan of their proposed innovative leadership strategies to the community stakeholder$($s$).$ This could involve introducing new processes, implementing a pilot project, or utilizing technology to address the identified challenge.

Leadership Reflections:

Throughout the project, student teams will maintain a leadership reflection journal, documenting their experiences, challenges faced, and adjustments made as they create the recommended implementation plan of the innovative leadership strategies. These leadership reflections will also be put on the team's leadership innovation proposal.
