Identify a problem or concern in the organization, which could be addressed through employee training. You may want to select one of the training programs described in Chapter 12 in the text.

Prepare a report of 750-1,000 words (3-4 double spaced pages), including the following sections: Briefly describe the organization and its purpose; Explain the concern or problem that the training would address and why it is important to the organization; List the key stakeholder groups who should be involved in the analysis and what information they could contribute; Select a Needs Analysis Method and explain why you would use this method for your analysis; and Write a training objective that describes what employees would be able to do at the end of the training program.
