$1.$ On three occasions for the next week, stop and check how you are feeling about what$$s going on$.$ Be aware of any clues that your body is giving you. You could consider checking your emotions: every time the phone rings, someone interrupts you or when dealing with an angry colleague or customer for example.

$2.$ Consider how your emotions are affecting your behaviour at the time.

$3.$ Reflect on whether your behaviour was appropriate or could be changed.

$4.$ Try a new behaviour if necessary.
