In this assignment you build on your success from the Week Two Assignment. Now you have a conflict and crisis in achieving success with the implementation of your plan. Your board is worried that the changes they have heard that you are planning to implement would be too radical a change for the organization and could jeopardize the business bottom line. You have quickly found out that the biggest threat to sustainability does not come from outside groups but comes from the internal environment of the business. Now you will need to take action and write an action paper to the board explaining your vision of organizing everyone to make a difference in the world on the social issues you address and at the same time improve the bottom line of the business.

You will use your critical thinking and creative thinking skills to overcome this conflict and crisis within your board.
