Monica also sent a letter on March 10 to Frank offering to sell her Town House for $20m. She told him to let her know by notice in writing by March 24 if he accepted her offer. Frank on receiving the letter on March 20 immediately posted his acceptance. Monica did not receive the letter until March 27 because of a delay at the post office.
