Such information might allow comparison later of the performance levels of specific types of companies

2. b) Researcher observed that there is a need to develop Islamic leadership behavior model for Afghanistans organizations. In regard to this, he plan to adopt content analysis to compare Islamic literature and conventional literature on leadership.
