Identifying a "Good" Problem

The problem which I am proposing to Capstone project is "The impact of health issues on the US economy" (Health care issues such as the current global health pandemic are a great threat to the economy of the United States, where consumers and businesses have now radically curtailed the operations and changed their consumption habits leading to the closure of some companies and sacking of employees.). I am graduate student of MBA, program, also I have medical education, but i need you help to answer to this question, I have some ideas, but experts point of view will be very useful.

What problem are you proposing to address in your Capstone project? What makes this a "good" problem for you to study? What background do you have to help you address this problem?
