I'm currently working on creating a project from scratch. I have The criteria information but I'm still a little confused.

The start date of the project is 1/18/2017 which I spent all day applying to enter the competition. I have to meet the director and other contestants 1/25/2017 for a 3 hour meeting from 1-4. How do I set specific times for that day only? I tried but every time I go to change working time, it changes all Wednesdays to that specific time. I only want 1/25/2017 to reflect 1pm-4pm working hours.
