Should contain enough concise bulleted information for the responsible party to begin or enact. Needs to be the most developed part of the action plan. Needs to have good specificity. 6) Who: Who is responsible for carrying out this program? 7) Budget: What is the budget for the program? 8) Time: When will the program start and stop? Be specific! 9) Measurement: How will the success of program be measured?
