I'm working on a project for my project management class. The project we are working on is a project proposal. I'm needing help with the goals/objective portion of the project proposal. The project proposal that i'm working on is for a Walmart is my state. The problem area is the scheduling system. The scheduling system is all done by the store manager who works on 340 employee schedules. The idea i have is to form a team made up of assistant managers to make the schedules so the store manager can do other things to focus on. The assistant managers would be required to make schedules once every week for an hour. Only a weeks worth of schedule per session per week. I'm needing help with the goals/objective part of the project proposal. It needs to be at least three good paragraphs. I won't use your words exactly because of copyright but the three paragraphs will be great on how to go about setting it up.
