1. Explain the operation and necessity of the GSC unit (Gland Steam Condenser) in between point 58 & 56.

2. Why the blowoff tank is connected to IP drum only. How it works for all the drums.

3. Locate the BLOWOFF tank at the bottom left corner of the diagram and try to explain its operation.

4. Explain the operation and necessity of the desuperheater unit; locate the units after no. 80, 82 (bottom left, right to BLOWOFF tank).

5. Locate the line marked 26 and explain it.
