: Imagine you work as a baker at a pizza restaurant. Recently your supervisor received direction from the owners of the business to increase productivity and make more pizzas for the customers. Your boss opted to increase the temperature of the ovens from 425F to 475F to cook the pizza. The change to the process decreased the cook time from 15 minutes to 10 minutes, a 50% increase in productivity! Your manager is pleased with the increase in sales and profits over the past week.

You have recently uncovered some quality issues with the pizza as a result of the production change. Your co-workers have mentioned to you concerns that the pizza crust is coming out of the oven burnt as a result of the increase in temperature and the meat isnt being cooked thoroughly due to the decreased cook time. Customers have also noticed a change in the pizza quality. A few customers have expressed their displeasure with the quality, however are continuing to order pizzas from the restaurant. Your boss is interested in gaining feedback from the staff but none of your co-workers have expressed their concerns with the production change.

Your supervisor has scheduled a meeting with you today and plans to ask you how you feel about the new change to pizza production.
