In a recent job fair held on the first Saturday of the month, the interview panel selected a group of young talents with expertise in several technologies to meet the needs of our customer. The client has set aside a predetermined amount of money for this group of up-and-coming artists, and at no cost will they boost that amount. Each new employee will have an annual budget of $30,000 set by the customer. As a result, it will be difficult to negotiate a salary with one candidate since they are hoping for a slightly higher salary (i.e., $40,000) than what the employer is willing to pay. The panel doesn't want to lose the applicant because they picked him or her based on very positive feedback from each interviewer.
