In groups of $3-5,$ students will select a company that one of the group members works for or is familiar with. Each group will meet to discuss what incentives and benefits the selected company offers. They will consider how these incentives reflect upon employees$$ motivation by fulfilling their need for autonomy, competence, and relatedness as mentioned in the video by Dan Pink $(2019).$ The group will summarize their findings in a short $5-$minute presentation in which each member of the group contributes a part. with references
