Requirements:

1. Ask user to enter name, hours worked, and pay rate.

2. Calculate the paycheck amount and display employee name and check amount as result (make sure over-time pay is considered if the number of hours work is more than 40).

3. The code then asks user to choose continue to enter data for the next employee or quit and re-start the process again if the user chooses to continue.

4. Store the paycheck result into an external file.
