In our class, we discussed a research article about Organization$-$Enterprise System Fit$/$Misfits$.$ A key model it builds is that all the fit$/$misfit between organizations and Informations syetms could be categoried into $4$ groups including: latent structure, physical structure, deep structure, and surface structure. Deep structure consists of factors such as roles, control and culture.
