In part-1, there are two labels, one textbox and one command button. The user will type a score between 0 and 100 in the text box. The score may have decimal values. The command button, when clicked, will convert this score into a grade and display the grade in the label at the end. The label at the end uses a raise special effect property.\ The grade cutoffs are 90 for A, 80 for B, 70 for C, 60 for D and F below 60.
