They focus on keeping their employees happy by having flexible schedules, true to the culture, and providing mental health seminars and exercise classes. I would say the framework they are trying to provide is to keep their employees happy and energized to make their business successful. A P-O-L-C framework is the perfect equation for keeping employees without turnover.
Planning: Planning is the vision and mission of a company with strategizing to have goals and objectives.
Organizing: Organizing a design and having a culture and social networks to work with.
Leading: Lending is leadership that entails decision-making, active communication, motivating employees, and creating a successful group/team.
Controlling: Controlling is the systems process and the Human Resources part.
Those are all key elements to tracking and developing a successful company. SAS did exactly that by implementing this framework into their system.
