After reading this article on SAS and what they can provide as an employer it makes me want to join their organization. They focus on keeping their employees happy by having flexible schedules, true to the culture, and providing mental health seminars and exercise classes. I would say the framework they are trying to provide is to keep their employees happy and energized to make their business successful. A P$-$O$-$L$-$C framework is the perfect equation for keeping employees without turnover.

Planning: Planning is the vision and mission of a company with strategizing to have goals and objectives.

Organizing: Organizing a design and having a culture and social networks to work with.

Leading: Lending is leadership that entails decision$-$making, active communication, motivating employees, and creating a successful group$/$team$.$

Controlling: Controlling is the systems process and the Human Resources part.

Those are all key elements to tracking and developing a successful company. SAS did exactly that by implementing this framework into their system.
