In this activity, you will create a Decision Model flowchart $($Fig$.1)$ including a one$-$page explanation of flowchart. If you are unfamiliar with this type of flowchart, there are quite a few websites and tutorials available on the internet to help you. The purpose of this activity is not to assess your ability to create a flowchart but to show you how multimodal presentation tools such as these can help you to organize and visualize information in different ways.

Use Word or PowerPoint to create your flowchart. There are some templates available and flowchart SmartArt to help you get started.

Ensure the decision process is mapped from the time the individual is influenced by a social variable and when they manifest the chosen behavior.

Ensure that the format of the chart accurately relays the included information.

Ensure that you use a font that the reader can easily read.

You may use more than one chart if needed; however, please ensure the reader can determine which chart to use next if more than one chart is needed.
