The framework should include the following:

Topic: Define an area of interest related to professional services marketing. The topic must align with the course learning outcomes found in the syllabus and utilize the framework found in the Gaps Model of Service Quality.

Statement of the project (SOTP): The individual (or group) defines the scope of the project by providing the instructor with a clear, concise, and descriptive statement of the project (outline format). Include a cursory review of references used to develop the topic or areas of interest.

Research Questions: Write at least three research questions to help narrow the scope of the paper.

Constructs: Provide a list of five key terms for the paper.

Research: Use of primary and/or secondary data. Explain the initial data, how the data will be integrated into the paper, and the initial references.

Sources: You must include at least three peer-reviewed journal articles from a marketing-related journal on the service marketing constructs. Provide a list of journal articles in APA format linked to the ERAU Hunt Library articles. Include other references gathered to date.
